A big thank you goes to Newtownhamilton High School Association for the defibrillator and also to Helena and Edith for sharing their expertise on how to use this very important piece of life saving equipment.

Over the past month the children have been entering the school motto competition. The aim of the competition was to find two mottos, one that reflected the thoughts and feelings of the children and one that the Governors and staff felt reflected the whole school ethos.
The children voted for their motto on Thursday 26th Feb and the winning motto (as voted by the children) was 'Ready, Steady, GO! Let's Learn!', sent in by Seth Park (P4) and Dinah Park (P7).
The motto chosen by the Governors and staff was 'Hand in hand we Learn Together'
